  This inspection was conducted to determine the status of the violations documented during the previous inspection.
   
  They plan on only selling pre-packaged chips and want to change the license class. The kitchen is closed. The prep cooler is
  cleaned out. There is still some food in the freezer and cooler (I was told that they are working on taking the food home).
   
  Progress has been made on correcting the violations documented during the two previous inspections. They tried to repair the
  bathroom floor, however, the tiles came back up. They did an okay job on cleaning the facility.
